All sales are final except for merchandise with manufacturer defects, in which case the buyer must notify the seller AND receive authorization to return (for credit only) or exchange within 5 business days of the invoice. 

Payment is by C.O.D. unless otherwise agreed upon by the seller and buyer PRIOR to delivery of goods. In the event the seller obtains an attorney for collection of the amount due under the terms of this agreement, the buyer agrees to share the associated legal fees.
